Early Snow on Boise Backyard Waterfall – Fall 2008
Caught this early snowfall falling on our waterfall in Boise in the fall of 2008. I thought it was peaceful and thought I might share it. Step-by-step photos of the waterfall under construction can be found here ipt.Boisestate.Edu

Probably should not close it down, but do it for about 4 months from December to March to save electricity. In this case, you just pull the pump out and let the water in it (will only fill with rain and snow to escape in all cases.) Then the spring will reduce the pump in the back and above water. Old water smells bad for a day then it is fine. Only takes about 20 minutes to remove it and put it back in.

Very nice.
You have to be shut off and leak during winter? Or do not get cold in your area? Just wondering.
Am planning to start soon and landscaping inspired by your videos.information on the care and feeding characteristics of the water.
