Some ideas on what to do with the question of my yard?

I living in an apartment complicated and have a fair large backyard, its mainly part sun/shady…My spouse and i’ve landscaped with pond, waterfall, bbq area, and planted shade/part-sun liked plants all around…
The question is the apartment owner refuses to throw away $$ to silly person and retain the waste away from sorrow and redwood trees that raise around the property.

They as well border the barrier of our backyard and constant drop redwood leaves and waste away from sorrow needles 24/7….We as well have a dog and he adores to go in and out of the doggie exit and perambulate around the yard, however we need to have a little kind of groundcover as result hes not always tracking filth inside…..
we have the ability to’t appear to take any groundcover to grow, because one time it grows seedlings or begins to root, we either have to attempt and soft rake and they take pulled out….Or we allow try to allow them raise and they take smothered below pine needles etc!
We tried putting bark down, however its realy hard to scoop poop away of bark/gravel etc….
Some idea/ssolutions apprec.!

Use a shop VAC to suck up the leaves and needles until the cap is good enough to rake. Place a wide mouth on it so you do not have to do so perna.Aftos designed for afto.Http: / /landscaping.

Ground cover Strawberry (Fragaria var.) Comes to mind as a tolerant ground “traffic light” cover that will grow with pines. Because I do not know where you live, I would suggest using a search engine for “plants under pine” with your position and maybe even add a “foot traffic”.

Here in the West swear by Sunset Western Garden Book that gives answers to almost all garden situations.
