I have a multitiered waterfall and am helping direct waterflow with cement and small rocks.
Will the cement erode from the flow of water?

No. . . .

But you may have some water leakage as cement is not totally waterproof.

Also cement leaches a chemical poisonous to fish. . . Does this waterfall go into a pond?
