My house sits on top of a rock about 10 feet above street level. In the front I have a deck above the rock. Under the deck,on top of the rock I would like to put a waterfall falling against the rock. In front of the rock, on the street level, there is an area of dirt about three feet wide before you get to the actual area of the sidewalk. I would like the waterfall to go from under the deck, against the rock down to the street level into somekind of a pool (in the dirt area) and sent back up to the top of the rock. What suggestions can you give me?

My suggestion is a in-ground pond.
At base it can be preformed or flexible liner. Using liner and deep of pond will depend of rocks location.
If your house located on top of a rock, i imagine how much natural stones and rocks you have avaible around,
it can be easy used for decoration of spillway or building fence between pond and sidewalk.
